Web Comic?

I've had this notion eversince I've got internet access in 97. Never gotten to it. Maybe I should start one now... Need idea for a lead character... How?

Why would I hit you? I like bimbo remember? Though I think the story won't have very much "character" lah, more of jokes about the mistakes the bimbo makes. Or you can pair the bimbo with a very involving activity or sport. I mean, look at Slamdunk. Sakuragi is a HIMBO!!!!
